“Hi K Brown team, just wanted to say a massive thank you to all involved in repairing my BMW. I had initially booked the car in for steering to be reset as my rear tyres seemed to have short mileage in them, and at nearly £200 a tyre obviously something was amiss. The ladies on reception and the technicians were fantastic at communicating directly to me, my rear suspension had a major fault on the NSR which required replacement parts being sorted and fitted. Prices for parts and labour were explained too so no hidden surprise’s. While they had the car I asked if they could also replace front brake pads and a metal stone guard for the OSF as it was reported as an advisory on MOT test as badly corroded. Nothing was too much trouble, they also offered to fit the stone guard free of charge as they had to remove brake components to replace the brake pads. Wonderful people, receptionists were a delight to work with, very knowledgable too, listened intently to requests and explained professionally every step of the way. Been using K Browns for nearly 3 years now, best around by far, try them, you will not be disappointed, 5 star service, well done team.”
