Training and development
We never stop learning, especially in the motor industry. Vehicles are constantly evolving, improving, and we have to stay on top of the latest developments to remain experts in our field and provide the best service to our customers. That’s why we encourage our staff to learn new skills or refresh their memory of what they already know. We invest in our employees’ training to ensure our company as a whole stays relevant and up-to-date.
Additionally, we recognise that not everyone may have had the chance to learn certain skills or gain the qualifications needed to advance in their career. Staff members that are still in the early stages of their career are given access to the necessary training to give them the skillset they need to excel in their roles. Examples of courses and qualifications we have paid for our employees to take/achieve include MOT training, resulting in a qualification, electric vehicles training to ensure health and safety measures are understood and adhered to when working on fully electric vehicles and hybrids, and NVQ Level 2 and 3, for those who come to us on an apprenticeship ready to take the next step.
